OBTL模式在高职教育改革中的探索与实践——以《物流项目管理》课程为例

Exploration and Practice of OBTL Model in Higher Vocational Education Reform--Taking the Course of“Logistics Project Management”as an Example

针对当前高职院校物流管理专业《物流项目管理》课程教学存在课程内容枯燥、学生学习积极性不高、教学效果不佳等困境,依据OBTL模式的教学理念和方法,从课程目标成果设置、教学活动设计、考核体系制定等几个方面进行教学改革,并在实际的教学中进行了探索和实践。实践结果证明:OB⁃TL模式在《物流项目管理》课堂教学改革中成效显著,是高职教育课堂教学改革的有益尝试。

In view of difficulties of boring contents of the course,low learning enthusiasm of students,poor teaching effects and so on in the course of logistics project management of logistic management specialty in higher vocational colleges,teaching reform is carried out based on the teaching ideas and methods of OBTL model from the aspects of setting of curriculum goal achievement,the design of teaching activities,and the establishment of evaluation system and other aspects.Exploration and practice are carried out in the actual teaching.Practice results have proved that OBTL model has achieved remarkable results in the reform of classroom teaching of the logistics project management,and it is a beneficial attempt in classroom teaching reform in higher vocational education.
