摘要
本文以甘肃东兴铝业陇西分公司240kA系列铝电解槽的生产实践为基础,根据高龄槽特点设置个性化技术参数、调整技术条件、强化过程控制等措施,实现其平稳高效运行,取得良好技术指标。
Based on the production practice of 240kA series aluminum electrolyzers of Dongxing Aluminum Industry Co.Ltd.,the measures of setting characteristic technical parameters,adjusting technical conditions,strengthening process control and others are taken according to the characteristics of the aged cells,which achieves smooth and efficient operation and good technical indicators.
