甘肃省社会保障支出对城乡居民消费影响研究

Study on the Impact of Social Security Expenditure on Urban and Rural Residents’Consumption in Gansu Province

文章从居民消费的影响因素出发,利用甘肃省14个地州市2007—2018年的数据建立动态面板数据模型,实证分析了甘肃省社会保障支出对城乡居民消费的影响及区域差异。研究结果表明:社会保障支出对总体城乡居民消费的影响作用是正向并且显著的,但在高收入地区,社会保障支出对城乡居民消费具有显著的反方向作用,而低收入地区与总体一致。并且根据实证分析结果,提出应调节地区间的社会保障支出,均衡居民消费的区域差异,改善目前甘肃省社会保障支出的建议对策,以达到提高整体城乡居民消费水平的目的。

Based on the influence factors of residents’consumption,this paper uses the data from 14 prefectures and cities in Gansu Province in the years of 2007—2018 to establish a dynamic panel data model,and empirically analyzes the impact of social security expenditure on urban and rural residents’consumption and its regional differences.The results show that the influence of social security expenditure on the overall consumption of urban and rural residents is positive and significant,but in high-income areas,social security expenditure has a significant reverse effect on urban and rural residents’consumption,while in low-income areas,it is consistent with the overall.It is proposed that social security expenditures among regions should be adjusted to balance the regional differences in residents’consumption,so as to improve the overall consumption level of urban and rural residents.
