工业化后期农民工就业结构变化趋势与优化路径研究

The Changing Trend and Optimization Path of the Employment Structure of Migrant Workers in the Late Period of Industrialization

以陕西为例,从产业结构、行业结构、地区结构、知识结构以及收入结构等维度分析了处于工业化后期区域农民工就业结构变化趋势。针对农民工就业结构发展趋势中呈现的不合理问题,提出发挥三次产业吸纳农民工就业的各自优势;加强教育培训,提高农民工素质与专业技能;营造良好经济环境,创造更多的就业机会等促进农民工就业结构优化发展的对策。

Industrialization is one of the key variables that affect the employment structure of migrant workers.This paper takes Shaanxi Province as an example to analyze the changing trend of the regional employment structure of migrant workers in the late period of industrialization from the perspectives of industrial structure,trade structure,regional structure,knowledge structure and income structure.In response to the problems of unreasonable development trend of the employment structure of migrant workers,the paper proposes measures such as giving play to the advantages of the tertiary industry in providing employment opportunities to migrant workers,strengthening education and training to improve the quality and professional skills of migrant workers,creating agood economic environment to promote the optimized development of employment structure of migrant workers.
