加强大学生思想引领是高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要内容和关键环节。由于学生主体意识的多样化和传统思想引领模式的局限,高校大学生思想政治教育面临许多困难和挑战。融媒体时代高校大学生思想引领应当从工作队伍、实践阵地和保障机制实施立体式发力,加快构建舆论引导新格局。思想引领队伍应从现有的以共青团组织为主力的队伍扩展至教师、学生骨干、管理人员的全员思想引领模式,同时拓展实践阵地和创新工作机制,充分发挥思想引领主体的责任,落实立德树人根本任务,引导大学生树立正确的人生观、价值观、世界观。

Strengthen the ideological guidance for college students is a key component in cultivating intellectuals with high morality in colleges and universities.Limited by the diversification of college students’subjective consciousness and traditional model of ideological guidance,college ideological and political education id faced with many difficulties and challenges.In the digital media era,the ideological guidance for college students should be conducted in terms of working team,practice field and guarantee mechanism to speed up the construction of a new pattern of public opinion guidance.The team of ideological guidance should expand from the current team with the Youth League as the main force to the full ideological guidance mode involving faculties,student backbone and administration personnel,while extending the practice field,innovating the working mechanism,giving full play to the responsibility of guidance subjects,implementing the fundamental mission of cultivating intellectuals with high morality,and guiding college students to establish a correct views and values on life and the world.
