摘要
利用西门子S7-300系列PLC,结合变频器开发控制系统,实现对煤矿通风系统的精准控制。系统上位机利用台达触摸屏,系统控制算法利用主通风机风压与风量的关系实现PID控制,通过对变频器的控制,从而实现对通风量的实时动态调整,实现煤矿通风机的可靠、平稳运行。
Siemens S7-300 series PLC and inverter were used to develop control system to realize precise control of coal mine ventilation system.The upper computer of the system used DELTA touch screen,the system control algorithm used the relationship between the main ventilator air pressure and air volume to achieve PID control,through the control of the frequency converter,so as to realize the real-time dynamic adjustment of the ventilation volume and realize the reliable and stable operation of the coal mine ventilator.
