摘要
对化工园区内企业灰渣排放环境进行分析,为满足灰渣应急周转场使用要求,结合实际地形条件,提出灰渣下沉式堆储的新模式;通过工艺流程优化,合理解决了该模式下的灰渣短期堆储量,堆储工艺及场区防尘、防渗,渗滤液收集和排放等难题。应急周转场运行效果表明,该堆储模式经济效益显著,技术指标良好,社会效益明显。从设计维度对该项目进行了分析总结,旨在为类似工程建设提供启发和借鉴。
Based on the analysis of the ash discharge environment of enterprises in the chemical industry park,in order to meet the use requirements of the ash emergency turnover site,combined with the actual terrain conditions,a new mode of ash sinkingtype storage was proposed;through the optimization of the process flow,the problems of short-term storage of ash,storage process,dust prevention and seepage control in the site,leachate collection and discharge were reasonably solved.The operation effect of the emergency turnover site shows that the economic benefits of the storage mode is remarkable,the technical index is good,and the social benefits are obvious.This paper analyzed and summarized the project from the design dimension,aiming to provide inspiration and reference for similar engineering construction.
