15201工作面采空区安全管理技术措施

摘要 针对15201工作面回采前期采空区内瓦斯超限、漏风量大、CO超限等技术难题,盛泰煤业通过技术研究,对工作面回采前期采空区管理现状及问题进行了分析,并通过采空区埋管瓦斯预抽、高位裂隙带瓦斯预抽、综合防灭火以及设置L型风障等技术措施,防止采空区灾害事故发生。从实际应用效果来看,采取有效的措施后,在后期回采中工作面采空区CO体积分数降至0.0012%以下,瓦斯体积分数控制在2%以下,进一步提高了采空区安全管理水平,保证了工作面安全高效回采。 Aiming at the technical problems such as gas overrun,large air leakage and CO overrun in goaf of 15201 working face in the early stage of mining,Shengtai Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.analyzed the current situation and problems of goaf management in the early stage of working face,and through the technical measures such as gas pre-drainage by burying the pipe in goaf,gas pre-drainage of high-level fracture zone,comprehensive fire prevention and control,and setting up L-shaped wind barrier,etc.through technical research,to prevent the occurrence of disasters and accidents in goaf.From the practical application effect,after taking effective measures,the volume fraction of CO in the goaf of the working face was reduced to less than 0.0012%and the gas volume fraction was controlled below 2%,which further improved the safety management level of the goaf and ensured the safe and efficient mining of the working face.
