基于Wi-Fi网络的煤矿安全生产监测系统设计

摘要 针对目前煤矿安全监测系统存在有线布线困难、建设成本大、稳定性差的问题,提出一种基于Wi-Fi网络的煤矿安全生产监测系统,并给出系统的总体架构。硬件部分对终端监测节点设备和Wi-Fi无线网络方案进行详细设计与选型,系统软件部分利用模块化设计思想对下位机程序进行编程设计,并给出主程序流程框图,同时设计相应的上位机监测平台。目前,该监测系统已投入使用,运行效果良好,解决了矿井中有线布线带来的问题,具有一定的推广应用价值。 Aiming at the problems of the current coal mine safety monitoring system with difficulty in wired wiring,large construction cost,and poor stability,this paper proposed a coal mine safety production monitoring system based on Wi-Fi network,and gave the overall architecture of the system.To the hardware part,it designed and selected the terminal node monitoring equipment and Wi-Fi wireless network solution in detail.To the system software part,it used the modular design idea to program and design the lower computer program,and gave the main program flow block diagram,while designing the corresponding upper computer monitoring platform.At present,the monitoring system has been put into use,and the operation effect is good,which solves the problems caused by the wired wiring in the mine,and has certain promotion and application value.
