大倾角煤层综采过程中的液压支架稳定性研究 被引量:3

摘要 大倾角条件下,液压支架的稳定性控制一直是大倾角煤层综采工作的难题。根据山西省霍州市煤电庞庞塔煤矿实际煤矿大倾角高采工作面具体地质条件,利用SolidWorks软件建立了液压支架模型,建立了液压支架沿工作面倾斜稳定性分析的倾角力学模型。计算结果表明在相同的开采高度条件下,临界支护阻力随倾斜角度的增大而增大。因此,在进行液压支架设计时,必须考虑采高和煤层倾角的选择。研究工作对于当代煤矿大倾角煤层综采过程支护过程有重要参考价值。 Under the condition of large dip angle,the stability control of hydraulic support has always been a difficult problem in fully mechanized mining of deeply inclined coal seams.According to the actual geological conditions of large dip angle high mining face in Pangpangta Coal Mine of Huozhou Coal Electricity Group,Shanxi Province,this paper established the hydraulic support model by using SolidWorks software,and established the inclination angle mechanical model of hydraulic support of the working face slope stability analysis.The results show that the critical support resistance increases with the increase of inclination angle under the same mining height.Therefore,the selection of mining height and coal seam dip angle must be considered in the design of hydraulic support.The research work has an important reference value for the support process of fully mechanized mining process in contemporary coal mine with large dip angle.
