摘要
煤矿井下综采作业技术是煤矿安全生产的核心。为了进一步提升煤矿井下的综采作业效率和安全性,对煤矿综采工作面无人化开采的实现策略进行了分析。结果表明,井下无人化综采作业的核心在于实现综采面防片帮的自动化、综采面底软的自动控制及井下自动化喷雾降尘,能极大地提升煤矿井下综采作业的经济性和自动化程度。
Fully mechanized mining technology is the core of coal mine safety production.In order to further improve the efficiency and safety of fully mechanized mining,this paper analyzed the realization strategy of unmanned mining in fully mechanized mining face.The results show that the core of the underground unmanned fully mechanized mining operation is to realize the automation of spalling prevention in fully mechanized face,automatic control of the soft bottom of the fully mechanized mining face,and the automatic spray and dustfall in the mine,which can greatly improve the economy and automation of the fully mechanized mining operation in the coal mine.
