摘要
用数学方法对电子调速器控制柴油机转速的调节过程进行了描述和分析,明确调速器几个重要控制参数设定值不同会得出不同的调节特性和影响规律。以一典型柴油机调速器为例,由于控制器中控制参数繁杂,对比分析不同控制参数的修改对于柴油机启动过程中主机转速、齿条位移、增压器转速的影响,得出所选关键参数会对柴油机的启动速度、稳态超调、增压器转速响应产生影响,在实机调试时可以作为参数调试的基础。
Mathematical method is used to describe and analyze the adjustment process of electronic governor to control the speed of diesel engine.It is concluded that the difference of several important control parameter setting values of governor will get different adjustment characteristics and influence rules.Taking a typical diesel engine governor as an example,due to the complicated control parameters in the controller,this paper compared and analyzed the influence of the modification of different control parameters on the engine speed,rack displacement,and supercharger speed during diesel engine start-up,and got that the selected key parameters would affect the starting speed,steady-state overshoot of the diesel engine,and the response of the supercharger speed,which can be used as the basis for parameter debugging during real-machine debugging.
