摘要
煤矿井下综采技术是矿井采煤综采作业的核心,它直接关系着综采作业效率和煤矿综采作业的经济性。传统作业方式主要采用以人工调整为核心的综采作业方案,已经无法满足当代煤矿井下综采作业安全和作业效率的需求。提出了一种新的煤矿井下自动综采技术方案,通过自动控制技术、传感器监测技术、故障诊断技术等实现了煤矿井下综采作业设备的联动运行和控制,极大地提升了煤矿井下综采作业效率和安全性,为实现无人化综采作业奠定了基础。
The fully mechanized mining technology in underground coal mine is the core of fully mechanized coal mining operation,which is directly related to the efficiency and economy of fully mechanized mining operation.The traditional operation mode mainly adopts the fully mechanized mining operation scheme with manual adjustment as the core,which has been unable to meet the requirements of safety and efficiency of modern coal mine underground fully mechanized mining operation.This paper put forward a new automatic fully mechanized mining technology scheme,through the automatic control technology,sensor monitoring technology,fault diagnosis technology and other technologies to achieve the linkage operation and control of coal mine under-ground fully mechanized mining equipment,which greatly improved the efficiency and safety of coal mine underground fully mechanized mining operation,and laid the foundation for the realization of unmanned fully mechanized mining operation.
