回风巷过断层破碎带支护技术研究及应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对晋煤集团长平公司1603综放工作面回风巷过断层破碎带期间围岩变形较大的问题,采用理论分析和现场实测的研究方法,对断层破碎带影响范围内巷道支护方案进行研究。提出了超前注浆加固断层破碎带后,采用"锚杆+锚索+金属网+U型钢架+喷混凝土"的主被动联合支护方案。现场实测结果表明,巷道顶、底板最大变形量均小于30 mm,两帮最大变形量均小于10 mm,且在27~50 d期间,围岩变化速率趋于零,实现了对围岩变形的有效控制和回风巷的安全施工。 Aiming at the problem of large deformation of the surrounding rock during crossing the fault fracture zone in the air return roadway of the 1603 fully mechanized caving face of Changping Company of Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group,this paper used the research methods of theoretical analysis and field measurement to study the roadway support scheme within the influence range of fault fracture zone.And it put forward the active and passive combined support scheme of"anchor bolt+anchor cable+metal mesh+U-shaped steel frame+shotcrete"after strengthening the fault fracture zone by advance grouting.The field measurement results show that the maximum deformation of the roof and floor of the roadway was less than 30 mm,and the maximum deformation of the two sides was less than 10 mm.During the period of 27-50 days,the change rate of surrounding rock tended to zero,which realized the effective control of surrounding rock deformation and the safe construction of return air roadway.
