断层裂隙带注浆加固机理分析及工程应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决干河煤矿2-1261巷4#点前30~40 m范围内,受F90正断层影响而出现的巷道变形、锚杆索失效问题,对断层裂隙带注浆加固机理进行分析,认为浆液首先会充填渗透性较强的浅部围岩,待浅部围岩裂隙充填饱和后,浆液会进一步向渗透性较弱的深部围岩扩散。巷道围岩注浆加固具有壁后充填加固作用、裂隙充填和压密形成网格状骨架的作用。通过理论计算并结合现场实际情况,确定了注浆深度3 m、排距2.5 m、单排6个注浆钻孔的现场注浆加固试验方案。现场作业完成30 d后,巷道加固范围内顶底板移近量和两帮移近量稳定在25 mm和14 mm,并且没有锚杆索失效现象发生,取得了较好的加固效果,为干河煤矿其他受构造影响变形巷道的治理提供借鉴。 In order to solve the problems of roadway deformation and bolt cable failure caused by F90 normal fault within 30-40 m before point 4#of 2-1261 roadway in Ganhe Coal Mine,this paper analyzed the grouting reinforcement mechanism of fault fracture zones.It was considered that the slurry would firstly fill the shallow surrounding rock with strong permeability,and after the shallow surrounding rock fracture was filled with saturation,the slurry would further diffuse to the deep surrounding rock with weak permeability.The grouting reinforcement of roadway surrounding rock has the function of filling and reinforcing behind the wall,filling and compacting the cracks to form a grid framework.Through theoretical calculation and combining with the actual situation,the field grouting reinforcement test scheme with grouting depth of 3 m,row spacing of 2.5 m and single row of 6 grouting boreholes was determined.30 days after the completion of the field operation,the displacement of roof and floor and two sides within the scope of roadway reinforcement were stable at 25 mm and 14 mm,and there was no anchor cable failure phenomenon,which had achieved good reinforcement effect,and provided reference for the treatment of other deformation roadway affected by structure in Ganhe Coal Mine.
