正旺煤矿巷道快速掘进影响因素分析与应对措施 被引量:2

摘要 巷道掘进效率对矿井经济生产效益有显著影响。为了提升矿井巷道掘进效率,提高矿井生产效益,以11102材料巷掘进为研究对象,从地质条件、围岩支护参数设计及掘进工序、运输系统、掘进辅助运输效率和现场管理方面入手,分析制约巷道掘进效率的因素,并提出相应的优化支护工艺和提升煤、矸运输及辅助运输效率的应对措施。巷道采取相应的掘进措施后,平均掘进进尺从220 m/月提升至285 m/月,取得显著效果,研究成果可以为正旺煤矿其他巷道掘进效率提升提供参考。 The efficiency of roadway excavation has a significant impact on the economic production benefits of the mine.In order to improve the efficiency of mine roadway excavation and improve the mine production efficiency,taking 11102 material roadway excavation as the research object,this paper analyzed the factors restricting the roadway excavation efficiency from the aspects of geological conditions,surrounding rock support parameter design,driving process,transportation system,driving auxiliary transportation efficiency and site management,and put forward corresponding countermeasures to optimize the support technology and improve the efficiency of coal and gangue transportation and auxiliary transportation.After taking corresponding measures,the average excavation footage increased from 220 m per month to 285 m per month,which achieved remarkable results.The research results could provide reference for other roadways in Zhengwang Coal Mine to improve the excavation efficiency.
