摘要
为增加水库防洪调度能力,提高水库抗洪能力,提出对"带病"水库进行除险加固处理,其中除险加固水库新建溢洪道可以避免水库由于漫顶而出现的溃坝现象。针对西部某除险加固水库新建溢洪道进行水力模型试验研究,分析不同工况下溢洪道敞泄时底部压强、尾水渠水流流速特征,得到新建溢洪道运行过程中水流对溢洪道和下游河道的冲刷较小的结论;利用新建溢洪道水力模型试验验证了除险加固水库新建溢洪道能够降低水库在应对不同等级洪水时的泄流要求,增强水库防洪调度能力,研究为除险加固水库新建溢洪道提供参考。
In order to increase the flood control operation ability of the reservoir and improve the flood resistance ability of the reservoir,it is proposed to reinforce the"disease-carrying"reservoir,among which strengthening the new spillway of the reservoir can avoid the phenomenon of dam break caused by overtopping of the reservoir.A hydraulic model experimental research on the newly built spillway of a certain western reinforced reservoir,analyze the bottom pressure and flow velocity characteristics of the tailrace when the spillway is open under different working conditions,and it is found that during the operation of the newly built spillway,the erosion of the spillway and downstream river channel by the water flow is small.The use of the new spillway hydraulic model test to verify the reinforcement of the new reservoir spillway discharge can reduce the reservoir in response to requirements of different levels of flooding,enhance the capacity of flood control operation of reservoir studies provide a reference for the new reservoir spillway rehabilitation.
