摘要
教育现代化评估核心指标是教育现代化评估指标体系中的内核与精髓部分,具有敏感度高、覆盖力强、可观测到等品质。教育现代化核心指标评估与CIPP评估模型既相契合,又存在相异之处。在理性地借鉴CIPP评估模型的基础上,采用调查法、头脑风暴法、层次分析法以及德尔菲法等,建构包括背景评价指标、输入评价指标、过程评价指标、成果评价指标4个维度共16个指标的教育现代化评估核心指标体系。运用教育现代化评估核心指标解决教育问题,应及时更新指标数据,形成评估监督制度,以动态、科学、严谨地助推教育现代化发展。
The core indexes of education modernization evaluation are the direction of educational modernization and the appeal of modern education development.Constructing the core index system for the evaluation of educational modernization is conducive to the connotative development of educational modernization index,and to promote the process of human modernization and educational modernization centrally,efficiently and precisely.The core indexes for the evaluation of educational modernization is the core and essence of this index system,and have the characteristics of high sensitivity,strong coverage and observability.The core index evaluation model of educational modernization and the CIPP evaluation model are compatible,but there are also differences between them.Therefore,on the basis of the CIPP evaluation model,an evaluation index system of educational modernization is constructed,which includes 16 indexes in four dimensions,namely background evaluation,input evaluation,process evaluation and outcome evaluation.In order to solve the educational problems by using the core indexes for the evaluation of educational modernization,it is necessary to update the index data in time,form the evaluation supervision system,and promote the development of educational modernization dynamically,scientifically and rigorously.
