山东省电力一体化会议系统优化方案研究

Research on Optimization Scheme of Shandong Electric Power Integration Conference System

随着国网公司精简办公及会议开支,大力推广视频会议方式,视频会议现已成为山东省电力公司召开会议的主用形式。基于云模式的一体化会议系统因交互水平高、运维成本低、可实现会议系统的集中管控和科学调配,在山东省电力公司得到了大力推广。通过对比目前山东省电力现存的五大电视电话会议系统,详述一体化会议系统的系统架构和通道组织拓扑,在此基础上简述一体化会议系统的优化方案,对提高会议保障效率、降低成本具有一定的借鉴意义。

As the SGCC streamline office and conference expenses,and vigorously promote video conferencing,video conferencing has become the main form of Shandong electric power conference.Due to the high level of interaction,low maintenance cost,and the centralized management and scientific deployment of the conference system,the integration conference system has been promoted strongly in Shandong electric power company.This paper compared five kinds of television and telephone conference system in SEPCO,and detailed the system architecture and the organization of the channel topology of integration conference system,on this basis,the optimization scheme of the integrated conference system was briefly described,which has a certain reference significance for improving the efficiency of conference support and reducing the cost.
