On the Path Mechanism of Telling China's Stories in Response to Major Emergencies

在应对新冠肺炎疫情这一场重大突发性事件中,如何讲好中国抗疫故事是一项重大而紧迫的现实任务。讲好中国故事,首先,需要明确一个实质,即叙事背后的实质性内容是讲清楚中国特色社会主义的内在优越性,需要高度注重叙事与发声的政治性与导向性;其次,需要面向一个问题,即注重叙事与发声的时效性与公开透明性,从根本上扼制虚假信息的生存空间;再次,需要注重一种技巧,即寻求喜闻乐见、易于接受的形式,特别是注重锤炼借助国外舆论、构建立体发声场的技巧,注重总结经验并上升到系统化理论化的高度加以宣介;最后,需要构建一种思维,即构建系统辩证思维,统筹国内与国际、网上与网下、当前与长远之间的辩证关系。

Telling China’s anti-epidemic story is a major and urgent practical task in dealing with the epidemic of COVID-19. Firstly, it is necessary to clarify the internal superiority of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the essence of the narration, and pay a high attention to the political and guiding nature of narration and propaganda;secondly, it is necessary to keep the timeliness and transparency of narration and propaganda, in order to basically curb the living space of false information;thirdly, it is necessary to apply popular and receptive forms for building three-dimensional sounds, especially drawing support from foreign public opinions, summing up the experience, rising to the height of systematic theory and promoting it;finally, it is necessary to construct a systematic dialectical thinking, which means coordinate the dialectical relationship between domestic and international, online and offline, current and long-term.
