基于网格化管理的高职院校专业评价指标体系研究

A Study on the Specialty Evaluation Index System in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Grid Management

专业评价是建立高职院校专业保障体系的必然选择。研究分析了目前专业评价状况,构建了适合高职院校专业网格化评价指标体系,包含师生、资源、环境和保障4个一级指标及相应的定位、实施、管理和成效4个评价过程及结果,并确定专业积淀、教学资源、人才培养、校企合作、专业交流等9个二级指标。通过对连云港职业技术学院药品生产技术专业发展状态测评,证明该评价体系能科学、稳定、实时地监控专业发展轨迹,可以为高职院校的专业建设、诊断和结构调整提供依据。

Specialty evaluation is the inevitable choice to establish the specialty guarantee system in higher vocational colleges.The paper analyzes the current situation of specialty evaluation,and constructs a grid evaluation index system suitable for higher vocational colleges,which includes four primary indicators of teachers and students,resources,environment and security,the corresponding four evaluation processes and results of positioning,implementation, management and effectiveness and nine second-level indicators of specialty accumulation, teaching resources,talents training, school-enterprise cooperation and specialty exchanges.Through the evaluation of the development status of pharmaceutical production technology major in Lianyungang Technical College, it is proved that the evaluation system can monitor the specialty development track scientifically, stably and in real time, and can provide the basis for the specialty construction, diagnosis and structural adjustment of higher vocational colleges.
