摘要
2010年,《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》明确提出了建立"学分银行"制度。目前,我国高职院校的"学分银行"建设工作仍处于起步阶段。以连云港职业技术学院为例,分析新形势下学分银行促进学生职业能力发展的方式,探索以学分为载体,建立学分积累与转换制度,鼓励学生通过创新实验、论文发表、发明创造、课题研究、自主创业、科技竞赛、社团活动等方面取得的成果折算为学分,有效地激励学生的学习积极性,促进学生个性化发展。
In 2010,the Outline of the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)clearly proposed the establishment of a "credit bank"system. At present, the construction of"credit bank"in higher vocational colleges in China is still in its infancy. Taking Lianyungang Technical College as an example,the paper analyzes the ways in which credit banks promote the development of students’ professional ability under the new situation,explores the credit accumulation and conversion system based on credit,and encourages students to convert the results obtained through innovative experiments,paper publication,invention and creation,subject research, self-employment,science and technology competition,community activities into credits so as to effectively stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm and promote students’ individualized development.
