摘要
为使化工园区的生产以及人工安全得到保障,采用PHAST软件来构建数学物理相关模型,并设置不同事故场景、气候情况、泄漏管道直径、地面粗糙情况等因素来模拟液氨泄漏的后果,最终得到园区内气体扩散后的中毒及死亡情况、爆炸影响以及喷射火涉及范围等的模拟结果。对模拟结果进行了分析,意在为化工园区相关人员提供参考,使其能够在事故中自救,也给企业进行安全事故控制提供帮助。
In order to ensure the production and labor safety of the chemical industry park,PHAST software is used to build mathematical and physical related models,and different accident scenarios,climate conditions,leakage pipe diameter,ground roughness and other factors are set to simulate the consequences of liquid ammonia leakage,and finally the simulation results of poisoning and death after gas diffusion in the park,the impact of explosion and the scope of jet fire are obtained. This paper analyzes the simulation results,which is intended to provide a reference for the relevant personnel in the chemical industry park,so that they can save themselves in accidents and help enterprises to control safety accidents.
