摘要
为促进沙棘果酒加工产业的发展,综述了沙棘果酒加工工艺研究进展,分析了沙棘果酒加工过程中存在的主要问题,并对沙棘果酒加工产业的发展对策进行分析,以期为沙棘果酒产业的发展提供参考。
In order to promote the development of seabuckthorn fruit wine processing industry,the research progress of processing technology of seabuckthorn fruit wine was summarized,the main problems existed in the processing process of seabuckthorn fruit wine were analyzed,and the development countermeasures of processing industry of seabuckthorn fruit wine were analyzed,so as to provide reference for the development of seabuckthorn fruit wine industry.
