铁牛七药材研究进展

Research Progress of Aconitum szechenyianum Gay

铁牛七药材为毛茛科乌头属植物的块根,该药为我国传统中药,亦是西北地区常用药和少数民族特色药,具有活血化瘀、祛风活络、消肿止痛之功效,在民间广泛用于治疗风湿疼痛、跌打损伤等症。现代科学研究铁牛七中主要含有C19和C20二萜类生物碱化学成分,具有显著的镇痛抗炎活性和强烈的毒性,但目前对于铁牛七综述性文章撰写较少,现笔者通过对CNKI、百度学术以及PubMed等数据库以铁牛七(铁棒锤,伏毛铁棒锤)为索引,对近40年关于铁牛七基源考证,化学成分、药理作用、毒理作用以及炮制研究相关方面的文章进行综述,为后续深入研究铁牛七提供参考。

Aconitum szechenyianum Gay is an aconite plant,which belongs to Ranunculaceae family.As one of the traditional Chinese medicines in China,it is also commonly used in Northwest China and thought as a special medicine of ethnic minorities,with the effects of promoting blood circulation,relieving phlegm and blood stasis.Modern scientific research shows that A.szechenyianum mainly contains two major chemical constituents of C19 and C20 diterpenoid alkaloids,which have some pharmacological effects such as analgesic,anti-inflammatory and strong toxicity.However,there are currently few draft articles on A.szechenyianum,so the author summarizes the literatures based on source research,chemical constituents,pharmacological effects,toxicological effects and preparation research in the past 40 years through the findings of the index for A.szechenyianum(Aconitum pendulum Busch and Aconitum flavum Handel-Mazzetti)by the databases of CNKI,Baidu academic and PubMed.The essay may offer some reference to other researchers.
