摘要 近年来中药化学成分提取领域取得了非常大的进展,中药化学成分提取不再局限于提供化学提取的工具,而是将各种新方法、新技术整合使之成为新体系,以期解决关键的科学问题。中药化学成分复杂,不同中药的化学成分相差悬殊,同一种中药也会由于药材产地、生长环境、栽培技术及采收加工等因素影响而有所不同。本文结合近十年的国内外相关文献,综述了超临界流体萃取技术、超声波提取技术、微波萃取技术、半仿生提取技术等多种中药化学成分提取新技术,各种技术均有优缺点,与传统提取技术相比,现代提取技术具有节能环保、提取效率高等优势,以期为我国现代中药制剂的研究和生产提供一定参考。 In recent years,major progress has been made in the field of the extraction of chemical components of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which doesn’t limit to provide instrument of chemical extraction any more.Instead,it integrates a variety of new methods and technologies to form a new system for the purpose of solving key scientific problems.The chemical components of Traditional Chinese Medicine is complex since there are great differences in different medicine and even the same one differs due to its place of origin,growing environment,cultivation technology,harvest and processing and other factors.Based on relevant domestic and foreign literature in the past decade,this paper summarizes several new technologies applied in the extraction of chemical components of Traditional Chinese Medicine,such as supercritical fluid extraction technology,ultrasonic extraction technology,microwave-assisted extraction technology,semi-bionic extraction technology and so on.All of those technologies have their own advantages and disadvantages,and compared with traditional extracting technology,modern extracting technology has the advantage of energy conservation and environment protection as well as high extraction efficiency,which provides reference for the research and production of Modern Chinese Medicine preparation in China.
