新疆农村幼儿教师教育观念与行为现状的调查研究

摘要 新疆农村幼儿园建设快速发展,师资薄弱已成为制约农村幼儿园教育质量提高的现实问题,幼儿教师的教育观念与教育行为之间存在着紧密的联系,是影响师资质量提升的关键因素。本研究抽取新疆具有县域代表性的农村幼儿园,从教师的教育观念、教育策略的意识、环境创设的意识、评价幼儿的意识与能力、教师专业发展的意识与要求五个方面进行调查,分析存在的问题,寻找促进新疆农村幼儿教师教育观念与教育行为转变的行动策略。 The kindergartens in rural areas of Xinjiang have experienced a period of rapid development.However,the lack of teaching staff’s has limited the development of the education quality in Xinjiang.Generally speaking,teachers’educational ideas and behavior,which are closely connected with each other,is the core element for the improvement of teacher quality.With several samples of rural kindergartens in Xinjiang,this article investigates the current status of the education in five aspects:teachers’educational ideas,awareness of educational strategies,awareness of environment creation,teachers’awareness and ability to evaluate infants,and teachers’awareness and requirements for professional development.In addition,the article analyzes the current problems and finds out the strategies to promote the transformation of rural teachers’educational beliefs and behavior.
