从分配到承认:空间正义的另一种致思路径

From Distribution to Recognition:a New Approach to Thinking about Space Justice

作为分配正义的空间正义,关注的是空间生产和空间资源配置领域中公民空间权益分配正义的问题;作为承认正义的空间正义,则是以主体间相互尊重、相互承认为基础的。立足维持空间中内构关系的正义性,两者从不同的角度去规范空间生产,是现代空间正义不可或缺的组成部分。作为分配正义的空间正义,要体现基本需求满足的原则、按劳动(贡献)分配的“应得”原则以及在利益分配中实行“差别原则”;作为承认正义的空间正义,要关注城市化过程中“新市民”的身份承认问题,也要关注人的城市归属感问题,同时要重视“底线承认概念”问题。

As a branch of distributive justice,space justice concerns the problem of the distribution of citizens'space right and interests which is related with space production and space resources allocation.Space justice is based on mutual respect and recognition among subjects.It is an indispensible part of modern space justice to construct harmonious internal relations in space and to regulate space production from different angles.As distributive justice,space justice should embody the principle of satisfying basic needs,the principle of"deserving"which means benefit distribution according to labor(contribution)and the principle of"difference"in the distribution of interests.As a kind of recognition justice,space justice should pay attention to the recognition of identity of"new citizens"in the process of urbanization,as well as people's sense of belonging to the city,and attach importance to the concept of"bottom line recognition".
