摘要
从创新投入、创新环境、创新成效三个维度构建中国区域创新能力评价体系,选取我国30个省级样本数据,采用主成分分析法对各区域创新能力进行评价,并深入分析其空间结构特征。研究表明:中国区域创新能力的空间结构呈现出明显的“东强西弱”阶梯式分布格局;创新能力高的区域高度集聚在沿海长三角、珠三角和京津冀三大区域。最后,依据实证结论创造性地引入雁阵理论,构建中国区域创新能力提升的大国雁阵模式,并探讨其实现路径。
Through the construction of an evaluation system of China's regional innovation capability from the three dimensions:innovation input,innovation environment and innovation effect,this paper evaluates the innovation capability of various regions,using principal component analysis method,and analyzes its spatial structure characteristics based on 30 provincial sample data in China.The results demonstrate that the spatial structure of China's regional innovation capability takes on a clear echelon distribution pattern with the regional innovation capability strong in the east and weak in the west.The results also show that the regions with high innovation capacity are highly concentrated in the coastal Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Finally,based on the empirical conclusion,the theory of"flying geese array"is creatively introduced to construct the big country flying geese array model of large country to enhance the regional innovation capability in China,and its realization path is also discussed.
