基于VAR的污水处理企业融资及其排放量的关系建模研究

Relationship Modeling between Financing and Discharge of Wastewater Treatment Enterprises based on VAR

针对原有关系模型无法准确分析产业政策的相关数据以及对接机制,导致所得结果不全面的问题,提出基于VAR的污水处理企业融资与及其排放量的关系建模研究。分析对其两者关系的影响因素,统计各融资方式的特点,在精确计算废水排放量的基础上,结合实际情况选择合适的方式,利用VAR模型,集合市场风险因子,借助Easton估计方法,计算不同融资方案的成功率,得出最优解,完成污水处理企业融资与及其排放量的关系模型的建立。

In view of the problem that the original relationship model can not accurately analyze the relevant data of industrial policy and the docking mechanism,leading to the incomplete results.This paper studied on the relationship between financing and discharge of wastewater treatment enterprises based on VaR.It analyzes the influencing factors of the relationship between the two,make statistics of the characteristics of each financing mode.On the basis of accurate calculation of wastewater discharge,it selected the appropriate mode based on the actual situation,use VAR model to set up market risk factors,and use Easton estimation method to calculate the success rate and available profits of different financing schemes.To get the optimal solution,it established the relationship model between the financing of sewage treatment enterprises and their emissions.The simulation experiment is designed to verify the effect of the model.The experimental results show that the proposed model,based on the original analysis,adds the analysis of relevant data of industrial policy and docking mechanism,makes the results more comprehensive and makes up for the defects of the original model.
