摘要 为了提高综合环境气象灾害监测预警能力,提出基于数据库同步技术的综合气象灾害监测预警系统设计。采用分块模块特征匹配方法,对环境气象灾害数据进行采集。结合模糊信息融合和分组检测方法,对环境气象灾害数据进行监测。在硬件设计中引入Narrow Band-Internet of Things(NB-IoT)技术,对环境气象灾害数据进行同步传输,实现基于数据库同步技术的综合环境气象灾害监测预警系统设计。仿真结果表明,采用该系统进行综合环境气象灾害监测预警的稳定性较好,提高了综合环境气象灾害监测预警的准确性。 In order to improve the monitoring and early warning ability of integrated environmental meteorological disaster,the design of integrated meteorological disaster monitoring and early warning system based on database synchronization technology is proposed.The method of block module feature matching is used to collect the data of environmental meteorological disasters.Combined with fuzzy information fusion and group detection,the environmental meteorological disaster data are monitored.In the hardware design,the technology of narrow band Internet of things(NB IOT)is introduced to synchronously transmit the data of environmental and meteorological disasters,and the design of comprehensive environmental and meteorological disaster monitoring and early warning system based on database synchronization technology is realized.The simulation results show that the stability of the system is good,and the accuracy of the system is improved.
