摘要
通过遥感技术获取监测区域的遥感图像,采用DEM数据处理方法制作遥感正射影像,以此为基础,采用变化向量法构建土壤昼夜温差指数变化向量,以变化向量为依据,采用数据分析软件,得到土壤昼夜温差指数时间序列曲线,利用SG滤波法重构土壤昼夜温差指数时间序列,在重构的土壤昼夜温差指数时间序列中提取水旱灾害信息,构建水旱灾害监测模型,实现了水旱灾害的遥感监测。与传统的水旱灾害监测技术相比较,提出的水旱灾害监测技术极大的提升了监测实时性,充分说明提出的水旱灾害监测技术具备更好的监测性能与应用前景。
The remote sensing image of the monitoring area is obtained by remote sensing technology,and the remote sensing orthophoto image is made by DEM data processing method.On this basis,the change vector method is used to construct the change vector of soil day night temperature difference index.Based on the change vector,the data analysis software is used to obtain the time series curve of soil day night temperature difference index,and the SG filtering method is used to reconstruct the soil day night temperature difference index.The flood and drought disaster information is extracted from the reconstructed soil day night temperature difference index time series,and the flood and drought disaster monitoring model is constructed to realize the remote sensing monitoring of flood and drought disaster.It is show that compared with the traditional flood and drought disaster monitoring technology,the proposed flood and drought disaster monitoring technology greatly improves the real-time monitoring,which fully shows that the proposed flood and drought disaster monitoring technology has better monitoring performance and application prospects.
