新疆葡萄酒产业价值链融合发展策略研究 被引量:12

摘要 新疆拥有适宜的自然环境和深厚的酿酒文化,是我国重要的酿酒葡萄和葡萄酒产地。新疆葡萄酒产业价值链的种植、酿造与营销等环节间仅呈现出酿酒葡萄、成品酒和商品酒等的投入产出关系,而缺乏跨环节的资源共享及经营协同关系,影响葡萄酒产业价值。鉴于此,该文认为通过模糊化或消除种植、酿造与营销环节的界限,以共享产业资源和协调经营活动,对新疆葡萄酒产业降低交易费用,实现范围经济及技术共享效应具有重要意义,并对促进新疆葡萄酒产业价值链融合给出相应建议。 Xinjiang has a suitable natural environment and profound winemaking culture.It is an important winemaking grape and wine producing area in China.The planting,brewing and marketing links of the wine industry value chain in Xinjiang only showed the input-output relationship of wine grapes,finished wine and commercial wine,while the lack of cross-link resource sharing and operation coordination relationship affected the value of the wine industry.In view of this,this paper believes that it is of great significance for Xinjiang wine industry to reduce transaction cost and realize scope economy and technology sharing effect by blurring or eliminating the boundary between planting,brewing and marketing,sharing industrial resources and coordinating business activities.Some suggestions were given to promote the integration of Xinjiang wine industry value chain.
