摘要
在裂解炉长周期运行过程中,对流段炉管表面积灰,炉管内部结焦,造成裂解炉排烟温度升高,对流段炉管换热效率降低,裂解炉的热损失及能耗增加、热效率降低。针对这些问题,采用对流段机械清焦与化学清洗结合的方式对裂解炉对流段表面积灰和对流段炉管内部结焦进行清除,从而提高对流段炉管管束的导热性能,提高换热效率,使排烟温度及热效率达到理想的数值。
During the long period operation of ethylene cracking furnace,ash deposited on the surface of furnace tube and coke formed inside the furnace tube in convection section,resulting in higher flue gas temperature of cracking furnace,lower heat transfer efficiency of furnace tube in convection section,and higher heat loss and energy consumption and lower thermal efficiency of cracking furnace.To solve these problems,a combination of mechanical coke cleaning and chemical cleaning was adopted to remove the ash on the surface of furnace tube and the coking inside the furnace tube in the convection section of cracking furnace,so as to improve the thermal conductivity of tube bundle in convection section,improve heat transfer efficiency,and achieve the desired flue gas temperature and thermal efficiency.
