负载青篙油微胶囊抗菌驱蚊织物的制备及其性能测试

摘要 为开发具有抗菌与驱蚊功能的粘胶织物,以青蒿油为原料,制备核壳结构青篙油微胶囊并对粘胶织物进行整理。对比分析整理前后粘胶织物的力学性能、折皱回复角、回潮率、白度与光滑度等性能。测试结果表明:扫描电镜照片与红外光谱曲线证实了整理后织物表面青篙油微胶囊的存在;青篙油微胶囊对粘胶织物最佳整理的质量浓度为40 g/L,焙烘时间为4 min,焙烘温度为110℃;经该工艺整理,提高了织物的力学性能与回潮率,但使织物折皱回复角、白度与光滑度出现一定程度的降低。负载青篙油微胶囊驱蚊织物对金黄色葡萄球菌抗菌率为88.31%,驱蚊率为85.95%,且具有一定的缓释性,验证了该整理工艺对改善织物抗菌与驱蚊性能的可行性。 Microcapsule of core-shell structure made by artemisinin essential oil was used to develop the viscose fabric with antibacterial and repellent properties by finishing.Mechanical properties,wrinkle recovery angle,moisture regain,whiteness and smoothness were tested and analyzed to compare the fabrics properties before and after the artemisinin essential oil microcapsule finishing.Testing results showe that artemisinin essential oil microcapsule existing on fabrics surface is verified by scanning electron micrograph and infrared spectrum curve.The optimum finishing process of artemisinin essential oil microcapsule for viscose fabrics is mass concentration 40 g/L,curing time 4 min,curing temperature 110℃.Mechanical properties and moisture regain of viscose fabrics increased and wrinkle recovery angle,whiteness and smoothness decreased after treatment.Furthermore,the antibacterial rate and mosquito-repellent ratio of viscose fabrics loaded with artemisinin essential oil microcapsule staphylococcus aureus was 88.31%and 85.95%respectively,which demonstrated that the feasibility of the finishing technology on improvement of the anti-bacterial and anti-mosquito properties of viscose fabrics.
