摘要
为适应社会的快速发展和人才需求结构的深刻变化,处于信息发展前沿的研究生培养单位需要与时俱进,敏锐把握社会对人才的动态需求,联动调整研究生培养目标和培养方案,引导协助研究生明确职业生涯方向,合理制定、发展和实现职业生涯规划。通过探讨国家层面、学校层面、个人层面与社会需求间的相互关系,推动构建培养目标定位、职业生涯规划和人才动态需求间的联动调整机制。
The rapid development of various fields of social life has promoted the profound changes in the structure of talent demand. Postgraduate training institutions at the forefront of information development need to change with time, have a keen sense of the dynamic social demand for talents, adjust the training objectives and training programs of graduate students, guide and assist graduate students to grasp the career direction, formulate, develop and realize career planning reasonably. This paper attempts to discuss the relationship between national level, school level, individual level and social demand, and to promote the construction of training goal orientation, career planning and talent dynamic demand linkage adjustment mechanism, in order to cultivate more suitable talents for the society.
