矿用梭车液压系统设计与仿真分析 被引量:2

摘要 以矿用梭车为研究对象,对矿用梭车的组成进行了分析,设计了由制动液压系统、转向液压系统、电缆收放控制液压系统、输送机升降液压系统等组成的矿用梭车液压系统。对矿用梭车双联齿轮泵出口压力、制动压力、行车制动力矩及驻车制动力矩等参数进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:矿用梭车双联齿轮泵出口压力、制动压力、行车制动力矩及驻车制动力矩均呈现先逐渐增加后在某一均值上下波动最后逐渐趋于稳定的趋势。该研究可为设计高可靠性、稳定性、控制精度和灵敏度的矿用梭车液压系统提供理论依据及技术支持。 The mine shuttle has been taken as the research object,the composition of the mine shuttle have been analyzed,the hydraulic system of mine shuttle was designed,which is composed of brake hydraulic system,the steering hydraulic system,the cable retracting control hydraulic system,and the conveyor lifting hydraulic system.The parameters such as outlet pressure,brake pressure,driving brake torque and parking brake torque of the dual gear pump of the mine shuttle have been simulated analysis.The simulation results show that the dual gear pump outlet pressure,braking pressure,driving brake torque and parking braking torque of the mine shuttle show a trend of gradually increasing first,then fluctuating up and down at a certain average value,and then gradually tending to stabilize.The research can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the design of hydraulic system of mine shuttle with high reliability,stability,control accuracy and sensitivity.
