摘要
动力头是全液压坑道钻机的关键部件,其性能直接影响钻机的施工效率和施工安全。齿轮副是动力头的核心零部件,其设计参数对动力头的工作效率具有重要影响。对齿轮副进行了设计,并进行了接触疲劳强度和弯曲疲劳强度校核;建立了齿轮副的有限元模型,分析了齿轮副的接触强度,结果表明齿轮副设计合理,但轮齿边缘存在应力集中,后续需进行轮齿修形研究。
The power head is a key componment of the full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig,its performance affects the efficiency and safety of drilling rigs.Gear pair is the core part of power head,its design parameters have an important impact on the working efficiency of power head.The design of the gear pair was carried out,the contact fatigue strength and bending fatigue strength were checked.The finite element model of the gear pair was established and the contact strength of the gear teeth was analyzed.The results show that the gear pair design is reasonable,but there is contact stress concentrantion at the edge of the gear,the next step is to study the geartooth modification.
