摘要 采煤机大件壳体在使用过程中易发生变形及磨损,导致使用寿命降低,维修及更换严重制约生产,究其原因,是由于硬度值不足导致,所以提高大件壳体的硬度迫在眉睫。阐述了一种新的热处理工艺,在原有材料的基础上对壳体生产的热处理工艺进行改进,来提高大件壳体的硬度。 Deformation and wear occurred frequently on large shell of shearer in use,resulting in reducing service life.Maintenance and replacement seriously restrict production.The essential reason is that the hardness is too insufficient.So it is necessary to increase the hardness of the workpiece.Described a new heat treatment process.Improve the heat treatment process to increase the hardness of the large shell based on the original material.
