摘要
针对古城煤矿冲击地压问题设计了一种可以远距离遥控的大孔径自动化卸压钻机,钻机可以通过机械手自动换接钻杆,自动钻进,并进行远程监控,远离钻场。通过工业试验,验证了该钻机钻孔直径大、换钻杆效率高、远离钻场、操作安全、工人劳动强度低。通过钻具正反转和往复拖动,可以在一定程度内解决卡钻问题。
Aiming at the problem of rock burst in Gucheng coal mine,a large aperture automatic pressure-relieving drilling rig that can be remotely controlled was designed.The drilling rig can automatically change drill rods through a manipulator,automatically drill,and perform remote monitoring to stay away from the drilling site.Through industrial tests,it has been verified that the drilling rig has a large drilling diameter,high efficiency for changing drill rods,is far away from the drilling site,safe operation,and low labor intensity for workers.Through the positive and negative rotation of the drilling tool and reciprocating drag,it can solve the sticking problem to a certain extent.
