摘要 为实现钻机匀速、稳定的调角功能,设计了一种回转式减速器直驱的双立柱式调角装置,具有调角范围大、输入/输出参数线性关系好、运转平稳等特点,还增加了水平开孔高度调节等功能。通过在ZDY4300LP型钻机中的配套使用,验证了双立柱式调角装置的新功能和稳定性,为智能钻机调角装置的自动化、参数化控制提供了研究思路。 In order to realize the constant speed and stable angle adjustment,a double-column angle adjusting device driven directly by rotary reducer was designed.The new angle adjusting device has large angle adjustment range,the good linear relationship between input and output parameters,smooth operation.The function of adjusting the height of horizontal opening is also added.Through using it in the ZDY4300 LP drilling rig,the new function and stability of double-column angle adjusting device were verified.It provides research ideas for automatic and parametric control of angle adjusting device of intelligent drilling rig.
