摘要 采煤机牵引部的齿轮箱及液压箱在工作状态下均为封闭腔体,不允许有泄漏的情况。而采煤机在矿井使用过程中,经常发生漏油的情况,齿轮箱漏油会导致润滑不足,轴承温度过高而致传动机构失效;液压箱漏油会导致供油不足,而使调高系统失效。2种腔体若有液体泄漏至电机筒,均可能引起电机烧毁。使用过程中一旦发生漏油现象,需要找到漏点进行补焊封堵处理,处理起来非常复杂,严重制约生产,而这一切发生的原因是采煤机出厂前没有对腔体进行有效的密封性试验。阐述了一种新的腔体密封性检测方法。 The gear box and hydraulic box in the traction part of shearer are closed cavities under operation conditions,and leakage is not allowed.The shearer has repeatedly leaked in coal mine.The oil leakage of the gear box may cause lubrication insufficient,bearing′s temperature will too high to lose efficiency.It will lead to insufficient oil if the oil leak from the hydraulic box,and thus invalidate the elevation system.The oil leak from the two cavity bodies to the motor cylinder all may invalidate the motor.Once the oil leakage occurs during the operation condition,it is necessary to find the leakage point for rewelding and sealing treatment.The treatment is very complicated and seriously restricts production.The reason for all this is that there is no effective sealing test for the cavity before the factory.Described a new method of sealing detection.
