摘要
单泵双工作机构钻机具备2套工作机构,只由1个液压泵负责2套工作装置同时工作。动作回路较常规钻机增加近1倍,且2套工作机构工作时存在相互干涉,给液压系统设计带来难度。ZDY2-300LM型双工作臂全液压坑道钻机主要适用于煤矿井下切顶卸压定向预裂孔快速精准施工,钻机符合单泵双工作臂钻机的特征。经过设计计算搭建了钻机LUDV液压系统,但在样机制作过程中发现动力头输出转速与设计结果存在较大差距。通过分析判断,原因为液压阀联数太多、阀间泄漏过大引起LS信号不能正常反馈变量泵流量输出。随后进行液压系统改进设计将上述影响降低,保证了钻机的性能。
The drilling rig with single pump and double working mechanism has two sets of working mechanisms,and only one hydraulic pump is responsible for the simultaneous operation of two sets of working devices.Compared with the conventional drilling rig,the action circuit is nearly doubled,and the two working mechanisms interfere with each other,which brings difficulties to the hydraulic system design.ZDY2-300 LM full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig with double working arms is mainly suitable for rapid and accurate construction of directional presplitting hole with top cutting and pressure relief in coal mine.The drilling rig conforms to the characteristics of single pump and double working arm drilling rig.Through the design and calculation,the LUDV hydraulic system of the drilling rig was built,but in the process of making the prototype,it was found that there is a big gap between the output speed of the power head and the design result.Through analysis and judgment,the reason is that there are too many hydraulic valve connections and too much leakage between valves,which causes LS signal unable to feed back the flow output of variable displacement pump normally.Then the hydraulic system was improved to reduce the above influences and ensure the performance of the drilling rig.
