摘要
介绍大柳塔煤矿综掘工作面原除尘系统并分析其局限性。在长压短抽局部通风方式下,改进通风除尘参数,优选湿式除尘风机,增加机载控尘系统形成掘进面新除尘系统,并应用于大柳塔矿双煤巷掘进面。结果表明,对于距离连续采煤机15 m范围内的总粉尘和呼吸性粉尘,改进的除尘系统除尘率增幅在20%~50%,除尘率分别提高到90%和80%以上。
Introduced the original dedusting system of fully mechanized heading face in Daliuta coal mine and analyzed its limitations.Under the local ventilation mode with long pressure and short extraction,improved the parameters of ventilation and dedusting,optimized and chose the wet dedusting fan,and the mounted dust control system was added to form a new dedusting system at the heading face,and applied in double coal roadway heading face of Daliuta mine.The results showed that for total dust and respirable dust within 15 m of continuous mining machine,the dust removal rate of the improved dedusting system increases by 20%~50%,and the dust removal rate increases more than 90%and 80%respectively.
