摘要 为获取煤矿机械行星轮系点蚀故障信号特性,建立行星轮系的虚拟样机模型,通过仿真生成3种状态下太阳轮和行星轮的啮合力信号。利用小波变换、Hilbert解调和谱峭度分析等方法,对啮合力信号进行了全面分析。结果表明:通过小波变换结合Hilbert解调,能够对行星轮系的点蚀故障特征进行较好的识别;点蚀越严重,小波细节信号的包络谱峭度值增大越明显。研究结果可为行星轮系的早期故障诊断提供一定的理论参考依据。 In order to obtain the characteristics of pitting fault signal of planetary gear train of coal mine machinery,the virtual prototype model of the planet gear train was established,and the meshing force signals of the sun gear and the planet gear were generated under three conditions through simulation.By means of wavelet transform,Hilbert demodulation and spectral Kurtosis analysis,the meshing force signals were analyzed comprehensively.The results show that the feature of the pitting fault of planetary gear train can be identified by wavelet transform and Hilbert demodulation,and the more serious the pitting is,the more obvious the envelope spectral Kurtosis of the wavelet detail signals is.The research results can provide a theoretical reference for the early fault diagnosis of planetary gear train.
