Investigation report on analysis and detection of hydrochloric acid production system in China’s chlor-alkali enterprises

整理了来自国内34家氯碱企业的分析检测调查数据,统计了高纯盐酸、合成盐酸、副产盐酸生产系统的分析检测项目、控制指标、设备及其来源等,展现了目前国内氯碱行业盐酸生产系统分析检测技术水平及分析检测设备应用现状,旨为氯碱生产的安全、稳定运行提供参考依据。

Based on the survey data collected from 34 chlor-alkali enterprises in China,the analysis and testing items and control indexes of production system of hydrochloric acid including high purity hydrochloric acid,synthetic hydrochloric acid,by-product hydrochloric acid,and the testing equipment and sources are analyzed.The analysis level of hydrochloric acid production system and the application status of analysis and testing equipment in China’s chlor-alkali industry are presented in order to provide reference for safe and stable operation of chlor-alkali production.
