摘要
介绍了陕西北元化工集团股份有限公司离子膜整流变压器的几种散热方式,深入分析了纯水冷却、风冷冷却、强迫油循环风冷冷却方式的运行利弊。采用强迫油循环水冷系统提升了整流变压器运行的稳定性。
Several cooling ways of rectifier transformer for ion-exchange membrane electrolysis in Shaanxi Beiyuan Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd.are introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of pure water cooling,air cooling and forced oil circulation air cooling are analyzed.The forced oil circulation air cooling is used and the running stability of rectifier transformer is improved.
