摘要
雨洪灾害风险因子由致灾因子、孕灾环境、承灾体共同作用构成。云物元模型能有效的将物联网技术和大数据云计算决策方法融合,解决多源复杂的雨洪风险评估难题,提高雨洪灾害风险评估的时效性和准确性。从雨洪灾害评估的平均风险等级的发展趋势来看,2016—2018年溧水河区域雨洪灾害风险等级在逐渐升高,区域遭受雨洪风险灾害的可能性也越来越大。
The risk factors of rain and flood disasters are composed of the combined effects of disaster-causing factors,disaster-preparing environment and disaster-bearing bodies.The cloud matter element model can effectively integrate the Internet of Things technology and big data cloud computing decision-making methods,solve the assessment problem of multi-source and complex rain and flood risk,and improve the timeliness and accuracy of rain and flood disaster risk assessment.Judging from the development trend of the average risk level of rain and flood disaster assessment,the risk level of rain and flood disasters in Lishui River area was gradually increasing from 2016 to 2018,and the possibility of the area suffering rain and flood risk disasters was also increasing.
