摘要
现有电能表使用有线方式抄收数据存在布线难、成本高、可靠性低等缺点,为了解决这些缺点,提出一种低成本物联网电能表设计方法,实现对用户用电量的精确计量和准确抄收。新型电能表以HT5017为核心完成计量、显示,并且通过窄带物联网(Narrow Band Internet of Things NB-IoT)网络实现云平台与电能表数据直接交互。经过小批量测试,精度满足要求。该方案成本低,数据通信可靠,具有市场推广价值。
In order to solve the disadvantages of the existing electric meters,such as difficult wiring,high cost,low reliability and so on,a low-cost electric meter design integrating the Internet of Things(IoT)is proposed to realize accurate measurement and accurate copying of electricity consumption.The new electric meters adopt HT5017 as the core to complete measurement and display,and achieve direct interaction between cloud platform and electric meter data through Narrow Band Internet of Things(NB-IoT)network.After a small batch test,the accuracy meets the requirements.The scheme has low cost,reliable data communication and market promotion value.
