摘要 针对应急供应链脆弱性的特点,提出了一种基于组合权重的改进TOPSIS应急供应链脆弱性评价模型,目的是为企业决策者提供一个评价本公司应急供应链脆弱性的工具。该模型首先分析了应急供应链和供应链脆弱性相关文献,整理出了一套应急供应链脆弱性的评价指标体系;其次,运用基于混合数据的变异系数法和基于三角模糊数的改进AHP方法确定指标的客观权重和主观权重,并利用综合评价值最大方法计算各指标的组合权重;最后,运用改进的TOPSIS方法对应急供应链脆弱性进行排序。研究结果表明:突发事件影响程度、应急供应链自身性能和应急信息系统完备性对应急供应链脆弱性影响较大。其中,受灾程度、应急供应链受到冲击后的恢复能力和应急信息共享程度,对应急供应链脆弱性的影响较为显著。 In view of the vulnerability of emergency supply chain,this paper proposes an improved TOPSIS vulnerability evaluation model based on combined weight which is aimed at providing a tool for enterprise decision makers to evaluate their emergency supply chain vulnerability. This model firstly analyzes the literature related to the vulnerability of emergency supply chain and supply chain and sorts out a set of evaluation index system for the emergency supply chain vulnerability of emergency supply,secondly determines the objective weight and subjective weight of the indicators by adopting the variation coefficient method based on the mixed data and the improved AHP method based on triangular fuzzy number while calculating the combined weight of each indicator by using the maximum comprehensive evaluation value method,and finally ranks the vulnerability of emergency supply chain by using the improved TOPSIS method. The results show that the impact of emergency events,the performance of emergency supply chain and the integrity of emergency information system have a great impact on the vulnerability of emergency supply chain,among which the degree of disaster,the resilience of the emergency supply chain after being impacted and the degree of emergency information sharing have a significant impact on the vulnerability of the emergency supply chain.
